OPEN TRAINING POLICY
The Open Training Policy (OTP) has been created so that the coaching staff can help foster the development of players in the club who would benefit from a training sessions outside of their assigned team. The goal of the OTP is to provide players an opportunity to work on specific technical areas of their game, or be exposed to training with an advanced group in terms of age or ability that will challenge the individual player. The staff will work together to provide players the proper training environment that will enhance their development. OTP sessions will be granted to those that are working hard, behaving and attending their regular training sessions.
GUEST PLAYER POLICY
Any player who has been asked to participate with another team within the Club shall be treated as any other member of that team for the duration of the tournament or game. Playing time and/or role will be decided by the Head Coach. There will be not be any restrictions placed on guest players in terms of playing time. All staff members are encouraged to use the guest players wisely but do have the freedom increase their role as the tournament or game dictates. We expect all staff members to treat current team members fairly in terms of playing time but it is understood that this is competitive travel soccer where playing time and roles are earned and not given. It is our goal to create a CLUB environment as opposed to an individual TEAM environment.
